About Us

Minnesota Church Multiplication is a resource center for the MN Dist Assemblies of God and their efforts in church planting throughout Minnesota. We aim to Elevate our ability to plant health, vibrant Assemblies of God churches throughout the state and to Accelerate the rate at which we multiply our churches.  Our goal in the next decade is to leverage the fruitfulness of the last 8 decades to facilitate and resource the starting of 200 more churches throughout Minnesota. 

To accomplish our goal we have adopted a Parent/Partner Paradigm for church multiplication.  We believe that everything should produce after it’s own kind and while the District Office can provide significant resources to our pastors, church planting is most successful when it is done by the local church. Therefore, in order for a potential church planter to establish a new faith community in Minnesota they must obtain a Parent or Significant Partner church to help them with their journey.  We believe that this relationship is instrumental in producing a more viable church.  To accomplish this we have created a team of catalytic pastors that we call our Parent Church Pastors Cohort (PCPC).  This network of leaders serves to create intentional strategic partnerships with potential church planters to provide assistance before, during and after the planting process. It is our desire that these relationships be a strong resource for each of our new projects.
