We all have "glass ceilings" that keep us from getting to where we want to go.  At times all we need is a little encouragement and at other times we need someone to help us chart a course to our goal.  Ministrycoach.tv is a new resource (still in beta) created by Pastor Scott Wilson of The Oaks Fellowship in Texas.  The purpose of this online resource is to be a coaching tool that will help both Sr. Pastors and Staff Pastors elevate their ability to lead their ministry teams to greater success.  The website utilizes top notch leaders to teach and coach pastors through their challenges.  Registration for the site is free but the courses and coaching is fee based.  Check out the demo video on their home page by clicking here.

Coaches Training Session 507 October 6&7, 2011

For those who have taken the AG Coaches training 501 we are offereing another training session focused on coaching teams.  Here is a description from AG Coaches Network on this exciting training opportunity:

Almost everything that we do in the life of the body of Christ is done with more than one person involved. This course distinguishes coaching individuals from coaching groups or coaching teams. The skills and models are different for each of these. We will focus on how to be a highly effective coach of teams in a church or denominational setting.
